  • We encourage a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel an appointment. If we are not at the front desk when you call to cancel, please leave a message.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior notification, we may need to reschedule due to other scheduled appointments.

  • All product sales are final, except in the event of an allergic reaction. Consults for products and directions on usage are always available.

  • Yes. We offer both insurance and self-pay labs. Insurance labs can be drawn Monday through Thursday and self-pay labs can be drawn Monday through Friday.

  • No referral is needed.

  • We offer remote neurofeedback services with the use of Myndlift which allow patients the convenience to meet their goals while having medical oversight and guidance.

  • In our experience, this has not been a covered service through insurance.
