We encourage a 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel an appointment. If we are not at the front desk when you call to cancel, please leave a message.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior notification, we may need to reschedule due to other scheduled appointments.

Yes. We offer both insurance and self-pay labs. Insurance labs can be drawn Monday through Thursday and self-pay labs can be drawn Monday through Friday.

We offer remote neurofeedback services with the use of Myndlift which allow patients the convenience to meet their goals while having medical oversight and guidance.
